For client’s
insurance claims, it's sufficient to send a customer request to MNIib via email or
provide the claim
number via message. Documents will be collected promptly, and claims will be settled
at the earliest provided the claim is genuine. A reminder and link for policy renewal will be sent to client’s registered
mobile number via SMS thirty days in
advance and onwards
MNIib clients can
renew their policy from
wherever you are using the link sent to you. Alternatively, upon your
request, a company officer will visit in person to collect the renewal payment through cheque and
send the updated policy to your
registered email. The original policy document will be mailed to your address.
